This role is responsible for delivering and managing the digital channels to promote our client's brand and deliver revenue through ticket sales and fundraising campaigns.

Client Details

One of Australia's leading cultural, not-for-profit organisations with a strong presence in Sydney is looking for their next Manager of Digital (internally called Head of Digital & Online). With a new website launched last year, they are now looking for an experienced digital marketer to implement strategies to increase online audiences and optimise the owned and third-party digital channels.

Description

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and managing one Online Marketing Coordinator, the Manager of Digital & Online will be responsible for assisting in setting up the digital strategy to drive growth and increase our client's presence in the digital space.

  • With a focus on improving the quality of the customer experience online, develop the digital and content strategy across website, email marketing and social media.
  • Assist in developing creative briefs and oversee the quality of creative executions for online and digital campaigns through own and third-party channels.
  • Manage our client's social media channels and campaigns, including content calendar.
  • Advise the best approach to converting traditional/physical media campaigns to the online space. Provide producing services for webcasts and other streaming initiatives.
  • Manage the procurement of online services and the ongoing quality of service from contracted suppliers and channels.
  • Provide reports and analysis around key metrics for revenues, levels of engagement and ROI.

Profile

To be successful in this position, you will be a highly adaptable and hands-on digital marketer with a creative approach to marketing and a passion for the artistic scene. You thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in the development of digital marketing strategies.
  • An understanding and experience in rich media and optimising program apps
  • Skills in online media planning and strategy.
  • Understanding of current UX design trends.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and management skills.
  • Experience in or an appreciation and enjoyment of arts and culture.
