Logistics organisation based on the outskirts of Sydney CBD is looking for an HR Generalist

Your new company
Work as a HR Advisor for a well established company on the outskirts of Sydney CBD.

Your new role
You will be a standalone HR Advisor reporting directly to the Managing Director and responsible for end-to-end HR including:

• Recruitment of all employees
• Onboarding/offboarding
• Employee relations
• Award interpretation
• Coaching and mentoring line managers
• WHS
• Learning & development

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as a HR Coordinator/ Advisor within a blue collar industry
• Proven experience in end-to-end HR
• Knowledge of relevant awards and WHS
• Strong communication and organisation skills
