Logistics organisation based on the outskirts of Sydney CBD is looking for an HR Generalist
Your new company
Work as a HR Advisor for a well established company on the outskirts of Sydney CBD.
Your new role
You will be a standalone HR Advisor reporting directly to the Managing Director and responsible for end-to-end HR including:
- Recruitment of all employees
- Onboarding/offboarding
- Employee relations
- Award interpretation
- Coaching and mentoring line managers
- WHS
- Learning & development
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience as a HR Coordinator/ Advisor within a blue collar industry
- Proven experience in end-to-end HR
- Knowledge of relevant awards and WHS
- Strong communication and organisation skills
What you'll get in return
