This locally-owned Australian based renewable energy company are seeking a Marketing Manager to join them on a permanent capacity.
Since starting their operations in the early 2000's, this company has experienced continuous growth; successful expanding their operations into multiple states.
They have cemented themselves as a reliable and trustworthy brand that is committed to providing excellent customer service , fortifying themselves as local market leaders.
This role has the opportunity to work entirely from home or hot desk from their soon-to-be newly refurbished offices located on the outskirts of Newcastle CBD.
Salary: Paying up to $70,000k plus Super (dependent on experience) + $100 for each qualified lead brought in through your marketing platforms.
Based off the volume of work this company is experiencing, a successful marketing specialist total package could easily sit in six-figures plus range!
Your new role
As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and execute marketing campaigns to assist with achieving immediate and long-term business goals. This is an opportunity to really make this role your own - your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Develop a marketing strategy to assist with sales and customer service - creating on/offline marketing contents to promote and generate sales activities
- Design and plan marketing campaigns (especially the digital elements), including web, SEO/SEM, conversion optimisation, database targeting, social media and display advertising
- Manage social media pages and manage social media advertising campaigns - creating innovating content to promote brand awareness and brand-focused messages
- Prepare marketing research, forecast, competitive analysis, campaign results and consumer trends; deliver customer marketing support to achieve Lead marketing strategies
- Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Video content and graphic design content creation will be highly desirable
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally hold a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or Communications or comparable industry experience
- Confidence in building brand strategies partnered with an understanding in digital campaign management
- Familiarity with content management and using marketing automation and platform integration tools
- Experience using data analytics software such as Google Analytics, Facebook Marketing, SEO and Adobe Products etc.
- Strong project management skill, excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Innovate mindset and ability to problem solve
- Versatility and ability to adapt to changing working conditions
- Hands-on approach and a collaborative team player
