JOB DESCRIPTION
35 to 40 hrs/week | Supervising a team | Graffiti Management and Poster removal | various location
Your new role
As the Operations Supervisor you will have previous graffiti management/poster removal and supervisory experience.
You will be managing small teams ensuring the quality of work. You will be liaising with clients, staff and trades responsible for:
- preparation of job schedules
- organising job crews
- conducting quality controls
- conducting inductions, tool box talks and continual training
- preparing daily and weekly management reports
- ensuring KPI's are met
- liaison with clients ensuring ad-hoc projects are completed
This is a busy role and you will need to demonstrate your ability to work independently, able to problem solve and multitask.
