Tech start-up looking for an entrepreneurial B2B marketer to build their marketing and brand strategy from scratch, nationally and internationally.

Client Details

Launched in 2019 with the ambition to transform the customer experience in the hospitality industry, our client is an Australian tech start-up operating nationally. They have been growing exponentially over the last year. Attributed with a great product, they are now ready to hire a Head of Marketing to define, develop and deploy their marketing & brand strategy.

Description

Part of the leadership team, the Head of Marketing will report directly to the CEO and will own and drive the marketing strategy across all online and offline channels.

  • Drive a robust B2B marketing plan from scratch to grow and retain an active partner base.
  • Own all aspects of marketing across strategy, PR & comms, CRM, social media, owned, earned and paid media.
  • Implement a CRM strategy to drive engagement from existing partners and targeted leads from sales prospects.
  • Work closely across the marketing, sales and product teams.
  • Manage a creative and passionate team. Identify gaps and opportunities within the team as well as with external agencies - put together business cases for further optimisation and growth.
  • Define a marketing strategy for national and international expansion
  • Manage all sales collateral, including website content, brochures, presentations.

Profile

To be successful in this role, you will be a customer-obsessed marketer attributed with the following:

  • Non-negotiable: similar experience developing a marketing strategy from the ground up for a B2B business.
  • Extensive experience in SMB marketing, ideally in a high-growth business in Australia or overseas.
  • Experience building and leading teams.
  • Brand strategist and hands-on marketer with a great grasp of the marketing mix including online and offline channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven mindset with a passion for optimisation and performance.
