As the Senior Manager, Infrastructure Delivery at this leading university you will have responsibility for the independent management, coordination and delivery of complex and broad ranging capital construction projects. As a driven, solutions focused building professional you will engage at all levels to advance the development of these projects and support the University's strategic intent. You will provide the leadership, oversight and end to end accountability to deliver these projects on time and budget.

In this role you will provide detailed project reporting and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. You will liaise with development planners to ensure all projects are completed in accordance with the approved brief, budget and program. This role also calls for the provision of high level research, analysis and written advice to executive team members and Campus Improvement colleagues.

You will have:

  • Degree in Building/Project Management, or similar including demonstrated experience in managing projects in a complex diverse environment;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience within a major corporate or institutional environment;
  • Sound knowledge of and experience in contract administration;
  • Outstanding organisational skills and demonstrated ability to define and manage project timelines, actions and critical paths;
  • High level communication, negotiation and issue resolution skills;
  • Experience in researching, analysing and preparing succinct reports, including detailed programme development and analysis;
  • Outstanding demonstrated experience in business case development and financial analysis;
  • Financial management experience on complex projects including budget management;
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications applicable to the planning, reporting and delivery of development projects;

    Success will be achieved through working collaboratively with university stakeholders to manage expectations utilising your extensive senior project management skills and your proven complex live environment exposure to managing construction projects from inception to completion.
