Our client is one of Australia's largest home care providers. They offer quality, personalised home care. Their purpose is to help Older people live at home for longer.

About the Role 

• Interview and Start ASAP 
• Full time permanent Role 
• Based in teh SUnshien Coast or South Brisbane
• Manage a team of 3 Care Coordinators
• Report to Operations Manage
• Manage teams across QLD - Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Gympie, Noosa and Cairns

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver clinical and community care to clients
• Support Human Resources / Care Managers with staff performance management
• Assist & support ongoing in the operational implementation of change management with all care staff
• Development & implementation of client personalised care plans
• Promoting education to ensure quality holistic care delivered by all staff

You must have:

• Full AHPRA Registration- Registered Nurse
• Over 7 years experience working within Aged Care or Community Care management 
• Ability to develop a courteous rapport with all members of the organisation
• Excellent time management and planning skills
