Develop digital marketing strategies to maximise revenue growth, profit and customer engagement. This role will require someone highly experienced in lead generation campaigns.

Client Details

My client is a leading medical & tech organisation which is growing substantially. They specialise and cover a number of therapeutic areas such as orthopaedics, cardiovascular and critical care. With activities in the B2B and more recently the B2C spaces, they are constantly building their digital capabilities and are looking for a Senior Campaign Lead to manage the digital marketing strategy for a newly created business unit.

Description

The Senior Campaign Lead will report directly to the Digital Campaign Manager. In a sales-focused environment, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Focus on lead generation activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels including EDM, social media and paid search.
  • Drive marketing campaigns from ideation through to execution and reporting with the view to optimise lead generation, nurturing, conversion, retention, upsell and cross-sell. Everything is done in-house - you will need to be comfortable getting your hands dirty.
  • Provide monthly reports on responsibility areas, field progress, data insights and objective alignment to ensure the optimisation of existing assets.
  • Maintain consistent, effective communication with all internal departments.
  • Comply with all regulatory, legislative and industry requirements for portfolio and product communications and activities.

Profile

  • Strategic and commercially-minded digital performance marketer with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics and Social media marketing.
  • Track record of delivery of complex omnichannel campaigns in a B2B and B2C environment to increase lead generation as well as online sales.
  • Experience delivering email marketing campaigns to nurture relationships with new prospects and existing customers. Hubspot and Salesforce experience will be ideal.
  • Confident marketer with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Data-driven and ability to produce high quality reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills - Ability work to tight deadline dates, and work with cross-functional teams.
  • B2B background would be ideal along with experience working in a highly regulated environment.
