We are looking for an HR Officer to provide hands on admin and operational support to the Functions team.

Reporting To The HR Team Lead, You Will Be

This role is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their HR Career, someone who can be a true collaborator, a trusted support and effective communicator.
  • Supporting the deployment of operational projects and recurring annual activities such as salary review, talent review and performance management.
  • Advising on human resources policies and procedures, employee relations, performance, labour and regulatory issues.
  • Providing support to special projects and other initiatives (e.g. employee engagement, performance and capability improvement, attractions and retention initiatives).
  • Collecting, analysing and reporting human resources data to human resources business partners and leaders.
  • Managing human resource transactions to ensure accurate organisational hierarchy and employee data is maintained for customer group.

What You’ll Bring

To be successfully considered for this role, you will..
  • Preferably have a degree or experience with an office environment
  • Be able to work independently and also within a wider team
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Have a disciplined approach to time management
  • MS Office and MS Excel skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, have strong ethics and reliability
  • Ability to follow processes/adhere to global controls
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
