Kalyra is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Officer to ensure the ongoing maintenance of the Kalyra Woodside Village in a part time capacity and Kalyra Belair and Bellevue Heights in a full time capacity. This is a customer focused role where you will be working with the Property Team to guarantee preventative and corrective maintenance is completed in a timely and high quality manner.

• Undertake regular, corrective, and routine planned preventative maintenance work.
• General handyman maintenance and repairs.
• Upkeep of grounds and facility.
• Organising contractors when required.
• Reporting unserviceable or damaged equipment.
• Some out of hours work (on a roster basis) will be necessary when emergency maintenance issues arise.

• Trade qualifications are highly desirable but are not essential.
• Previous experience in maintenance support.
• A current police check (or the ability to obtain).
• Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
• Basic knowledge of computers is essential as the use of a computer and working with our Maintenance Request System is required.
