About the Role

You will be an enthusiastic and absolute master Digital Marketing Manager. Working with brand CEO’s and the Digital Marketing Team to develop and run paid advertising campaigns through Paid Social, Paid Search & Email. You will be responsible for developing strategies based on reviewing analytics and executing them for each respective brand.

Working in collaboration with the relevant brand CEO and Digital Marketing Team you will also:

  • Develop and coordinate all digital marketing campaigns for DVASS Group brands in accordance with approved advertising campaign concepts, advertising copy/content and set budgets.
  • Manage brand digital marketing campaigns, including set-up, optimization and reporting.
  • Interpret campaign data and provide strategic recommendations to leadership team.
  • Analyse campaign results and adjust strategy and budgets accordingly.
  • Communicate with the leadership team regularly to discuss goals and deliver results.
  • Develop strategies across all marketing channels to improve ROI/ROAS and achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Structure campaigns and ad groups by determining the best settings.
  • Ensure all digital marketing campaigns are optimised to bring highly targeted traffic to brand websites while ensuring strong ROI for each brands marketing budget.
  • Consult regularly with brand CEO’s, relevant Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders to ensure digital marketing strategies are in line with brand, budget, and overall marketing goals.
  • Monitor the success of campaigns using various reporting tools.
  • Review traffic in Google Analytics.
  • Closely manage digital marketing advertising budgets and work to deliver on targets and KPI’s for the respective brand.
  • Work with the Marketing Team on key elements required for advertising campaigns.
  • Assist the Marketing Team with strategy development and also other digital marketing activities and sales transitions.
  • Conduct industry research to advise on effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide real-time / monthly reporting and recommendations to key stakeholders on campaign performance.

About You

Experienced in a similar role (2 years + an advantage) as a digital marketer, coupled with a positive attitude, you will also:

  • Demonstrable experience managing paid media budgets.
  • Deep understanding and proven track record of scaling positive ROI performance campaigns across the paid media ecosystem.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and with multiple partners simultaneously.
  • Advanced knowledge/certification in Paid media platforms.
  • Extensive knowledge of the broader digital advertising ecosystem and iterative test-and-learn optimization practices.
  • The ability to continuously learn, draw actionable insights and apply them across campaigns.
  • The ability to conceptualize and test full-funnel concepts quickly in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and with working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment.
  • Fluency in mathematical concepts.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Passion for data, analytics and reporting.
  • Have excellent attention to detail including well developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Have an ability to multitask across different projects/brands with excellent time management skills.
  • Self-motivation and be results orientated. 
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Development, Economics or related filed (but not essential).
