The Renewals Migration Specialist works to research and provide migration strategies for renewals which required a license migration. Typically, in this role you are responsible for a variety of larger, more complex accounts/territories in partnership with the Renewal Account Manager and Field Sales.
What You Get To Do In This Role
- Partner with Field Sales & Renewal Sales to proactively review upcoming renewals where a license migration is needed and align on renewal strategy
- Conduct research into customer pricing and licensing to ensure full understanding of customer contract
- Develop and present win/win subscription migration strategies for legacy products that maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship
- Maintain a good understanding of ServiceNow licensing models to provide both Account Executives and Renewal Account Managers assistance in licensing discussions.
- Work cross-functionally to create regular renewal enablement content around the migrations process to accelerate the learning cycle and arm the sales force to win in the market
- Be the license migration go to resource for both Renewal and Field Sales and
- Provide licensing and migration guidance/mentorship to more junior or new-to-role Renewal Account Managers
- Understand sales go-to-market strategy and identify resourcing initiatives
- 5+ years demonstrated success in a Deals Desk, Sales Operations or Renewal Account Management capacity.
- Deep knowledge and expertise with a SaaS model focused on enterprise software preferred.
- Experience putting together complex license proposals
- Experience with customer retention and adoption of a SaaS product for large, complex accounts/territories.
- Advanced proficiency with renewal processes.
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail, time management and organization.
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Team player mindset with a track record of building positive relationships with peers and cross-functional partners.
- Creative problem-solving skills taking personal initiative to identify areas of process improvement and efficiency.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with a logical approach to problem solving
