Our Client, A start-up business that is rapidly growing due to the increased usage of their innovative platform since Covid 19. Are looking to Hire an Application Support Agent to join their customer success team to support the platform and to provide exceptional customer service to their client base. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.

The Role

  • Provide technical support to our customers in their use of our product and escalating issues when needed
  • Respond to new and existing customer queries via live chat, phone and email
  • identify and resolve production support incidents and issues
  • Providing one-on-one video demonstrations of the platform
  • Assisting leads to make the right choice of plan to suit their needs
  • Handing on any enterprise sales leads to the sales team
  • Being the experts in our product and continually advancing our knowledge
  • Creating relevant help articles, blogs, how-to videos and other supporting documentation

Key Skills and Experiences

  • Experience supporting applications across Windows /MAC operating systems aswell as Android and iOS devices.
  • Be able to communicate with customers with varying levels of IT literacy and adjust accordingly.
  • Exceptional customer service / sales background within SaaS space.
  • Possess a friendly demeanour, lots of patience and keen to help customers succeed.
  • A fast learner with a thirst for knowledge.
  • Be fastidious in your work and dealings with customers.
  • Ability to meet KPIs around customer satisfaction and response times.

Desirable

  • A strong understanding of the healthcare sector.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Digital Health or other Health related field.
  • Existing knowledge of telehealth or video conferencing technologies.
  • Experience creating Content or contributing to written help articles or how-to videos.
