The Club Hotel-Motel Roma is searching for an experienced duty manager with a passion for excelling the customer's expectations.

The right candidate will be responsible for staff recruitment, staff training, customer service, overseeing the off-premise and retail side of the business, overseeing the on-premise side of the business, speaking with government bodies on behalf of the business, speaking with corporate clients on behalf of the business, organising, staffing and overseeing functions, gaming and liquor compliance, gaming training and gaming related marketing, some accounting work, some licencing work, marketing and advertising and POS system training and work.

The right candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and hold a current RSA and RSG and is willing to obtain their RMLV and approved managers licence asap.
