Warehouse Supervisor - Northern Beaches

• Permanent Full-time Position.

The role has a large hands-on component requiring a can do and committed attitude that leads the small team from the front and by example. Taking responsibility and being accountable for the warehouse operation is the core objective.

This role is integral in initiating, supporting, and driving all Open4’s initiatives related to the warehouse operation, whilst aligning to our Transport & Field Installation teams.

Your Daily Tasks involve:

• Planning resources and prioritising Daily jobs.
• Allocating and directing staff.
• Ensuring timely job transfers to transport.
• Assessing job performance and costs.
• Receiving Shipments and Quality Control.
• Coordinating Inventory put away
• Pick & Pack, where required.
• Conduct stock checks, stocktake, cycle counting.
• Updating Warehouse systems
• High Reach Truck & Fork-lift Operations.
• Coordinating and Assembling furniture (incl. quality check)
• Upkeeping of work environment & safety of staff.

The right person for this position will be able to demonstrate:

• A meticulous approach to work organisation, housekeeping and WH&S
• Previous Warehouse Experience of 3 year+ and leading staff.
• Excellent interpersonal skills (motivated, go-getter attitude, positive, approachable)
• Effective communication with all stakeholders.(Essential)
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Computer literate. (WMS experience is desirable)
• Reliable & Dependable.
• Active Team Leader.
• Clean & Tidy presentation.

Salary: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
