About Us

Pearl Energy is a service station run by seasoned operators with centres across NSW and QLD with head office based in Norwest Business Park.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced accounts Clerk/Admin Assistant to join our team from February 2021. This will suit a self-driven, organised individual who can establish and maintain relationships across different departments while maintaining the flexibility to work across several duties simultaneously and manage multiple deadlines. You will be reporting to the Managing Director and working within a close-knit Accounts team.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- experience with General Accounting

- Strong time management and organisational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills

- High-level attention to detail

- Proactive team player with initiative

- Demonstrated ability to independently own and solve tasks

- Strong willingness to learn and Can do Attitude!

Key Responsibility:

- Complete all duties in an accurate and timely manner

- Accounts payable duties including entering purchase orders, setting up new supplier accounts, entering daily expenses and creditors bills.

- Answering enquiries and liaise with suppliers when necessary

- Completing accounts reconciliations regularly and provide information to the reporting manager

- Maintain orderly financial filling system

- Any other accounts and administration duties as directed
