My client is a highly reputable Investment Bank here in Melbourne. The firm has an excellent reputation within the marketplace. They are industry agnostic so you will have exposure to many different sectors. The culture is open, team-oriented, nurturing and dynamic.
Upon successful hire you will be:
Upon successful hire you will be:
- Performing detailed investment analysis, including valuation (e.g. discounted cash flow, comparable company and precedent transactions), due diligence and commercial analysis;
- Supporting deal sourcing activities including investment screening, desktop due diligence and meeting management teams;
- Building and maintaining detailed operating models for companies;
- Preparation of pitch books;
- Interfacing with company management and operating partners;
- Assisting in the coordination of investment documentation;
- Supporting the ultimate realisation of transactions
- Top University Degree
- 1-4 years' experience (IB, Big 4 Advisory or Boutique Advisory)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with financial modelling experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including clear and concise writing skills
- Good team player and excellent at working independently
- Driven, self-motivated and very hard-working individual with a high degree of integrity
