Our client is lookng for an experienced Change Manager with specific call centre domain experience and salesforce experience is required to scope out the high level impacts and plan the change for business case.
This role is responsible for:
Change Manager Leading change function, work streams and smaller scale programs/projects across a portfolio to deliver business benefit objectives. The objective of the change effort is to ensure that the change components of a program are successfully executed, supporting planned program/project benefits being realised, risk to organisations effectiveness is mitigated with effective change plans and that the required behavioural changes are effectively and sustainably embedded in the business.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience;
- 5 years experience in Change Management
- Worked in enterprise enviornments
- Experience working in call centre domain
- Experience on Salesforce
- Good communication skils
- strong stakeholder management
