We are a small family-owned business with an auto electrical workshop, parts shop, and online shop.

We have an amazing team here; everybody treats each other with respect, and we all lend support and look out for each other.

This position is a mixture of daily tasks like entering and processing invoices and special assignments like finding new shipping partners and obtaining quotes from suppliers.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude to tackle a variety of administrative tasks and assist the directors with any tasks required. The ideal person has a proactive approach to problem solving and an aptitude to thinking through processes and being eager to contribute their knowledge and ideas to the business.

Tasks in this role include:

  • Entering invoices, statements, and credit notes by using the company warehouse management software (training will be provided)
  • Researching any topics passed on from the directors and the general manager
  • Perform general clerical duties including word processing, photocopying, laminating, mailing, updating data
  • Answering phones
  • Extending our shipping partner range (domestic and international) and building relationships and tracking costings with various shipping companies
  • Office supply management; keeping track of stationery and staff kitchen stock levels and reordering
  • Assisting the directors with various tasks
  • Researching material suppliers and obtaining quotes
  • Assisting with critical day-to-day administrative duties
