The Company

Our client is one of Victoria's leading water infrastructure companies, with over 50 years in the industry. Our client has built a strong reputation of consistently performing high-quality work with some of the state's biggest water authorities. The role

Due to natural business growth and internal promotions, they are currently looking to bring on a qualified and experienced foreman with experience working on major pipeline projects within Australia. As the face of the project, the successful candidate will have a background in successful team management and project delivery. This candidate will have great written and verbal communication skills as well as a keen work ethic and a positive working attitude.

To be successful in this role, you will also need:

- 3+ years in a management role within the civil industry
- 5+ years working on water infrastructure projects within Australia
- Demonstrated team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in liaising with engineers and water authorities within Victoria is preferred but not essential
- Experience working on pipeline infrastructure projects
