Position Summary

The Role

In the role of Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to the Operations Manager and Site Managers to ensure the strong pipeline of medium to large complex projects are delivered safely within scheduled time frames and on budget.

To Be Considered For This Position You Will Have

• Demonstrated Management experience combined with strong HVAC technical background overseeing large client base within the corporate commercial, healthcare, education and hospitality sectors;
  
• Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships to drive success and generate repeat business and new opportunities;
  
• Must have exceptional people management experience to encompass a good workforce culture driving Safety & OH&S; and
  
• Process disciplined to drive quality of service and products.
  

• Tertiary Qualification in Project Management or post graduate qualifications preferred;
  
• Demonstrable and successful management experience with at least 10 years’ experience at this level;
  
• Strong commercial acumen;
  
• Proactively build relationships with key stakeholders, clients, peers and colleagues;
  
• Proven leadership skills, coaching and mentoring capabilities to drive success;
  
• Influencing and solid decision making skills; and
  
• Intrinsically aligned to Safety and OH&S principles.
