Who You Are

Unispace is searching for a Content Manager to join our dynamic team. You will have a passion for writing, story telling and effective communication to drive our brand presence and support our marketing and sales efforts.

Creative and collaborative, you pride yourself on your superior stakeholder management skills and can form relationships quickly across all areas of our business.

You’ll combine your technical skills with your creative flair to produce content that is compelling, representative of our brand and conveys our unique selling points in alignment with potential and existing client’s goals.

In addition, a Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications or related field is preferred but not essential, and 4+ years’ experience in content management. Construction, property, design or architecture industry exposure would be a bonus but certainly not a must.

    Let’s be clear…you’ll be responsible for

  • Managing and creating website content, presentations, infographics, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, videos, blog & social media posts, and award entries
  • Delivering content for internal communications for key stakeholders in the business
  • Supporting content planning, creation and implementation, as well as end to end delivery
  • Using data and insights to inform content approach
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Maintaining and delivering relevant messaging, engaging and working with relevant stakeholders to achieve consensus across a diverse range of initiatives
  • Creating and diligently maintaining a content marketing pipeline, library, and calendar
  • Writing and distributing content briefs
  • Proactively managing content deadlines and stakeholder management
