Ideally, you will have:

• Leadership and the ability to train, develop and inspire a team
• Relevant formal qualifications
• Great communication skills and ability to keep cool, calm and collected under pressure
• Industry leading knowledge of current food trends, products and development techniques
• Strong work ethic with a passion to create unique and memorable dining experiences
• A good understanding of kitchen operations and systems
• Great focus and well organised
• The ability to implement and adhere to policy and procedures
• Above all, a passion for the industry and personal development
