What youll do

Based at Eight Mile Plains, this role is responsible for administration duties relating to the MAXtech Queensland operations, while also providing support to the Head of MAXtech and Senior Service Delivery Manager. It is also the key contact for the wider MAXtech and Tabcorp teams. In addition the role is responsible for ensuring that all revenue for the Services Group is accurately invoiced in a timely manner and the administrative functions of the Service Group are maintained.

Key Accountabilities:

* Support the Head of MAXtech and the Senior Service Delivery Supervisor with administrative tasks as required
* Undertake general administration tasks including but not limited to mail distribution, faxing, scanning, filing, photocopying and binding reports
* Co-ordinate the service groups invoicing and agent payments meeting required timeframes and guidelines
* Collaborate with the team, identifying roadblocks to us delivering Premium Service and take action to remove them.
* Provide support, guidance and training to other team members.
* Maintain appropriate levels of stationery, office goods and collateral material for the team

What youll do

Our ideal person come from an administration background with intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft office suite, have knowledge of finance particularly previous experience with invoicing and receipting. This role requires a strong customer service orientation as they will work closely with our internal/external stakeholders.
