Due to an internal promotion, they’re looking to recruit a talented Senior Corporate Accountant to join their high performing team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will have key responsibilities including:

• Preparation of half year and full year statutory accounts
• Preparation of the group’s AASB16 lease accounting
• Month end reporting and general ledger management
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• ASX reporting
• Preparing accounting papers to support accounting treatment for capital transactions
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
• Stakeholder engagement and recommending process improvements
• Ad hoc projects

To be considered for this exciting position, you will be CA qualified with 5-7 years of experience from either a big 4 firm, blue chip commercial business or a combination of both. Additionally, you will possess excellent communication skills, advanced technical accounting knowledge and strong analytical abilities. You will also be looking to progress and drive your career forward within a high performing team.
