To be eligible for this position you must be:

* Able to work as part of our team
* Assist in planning menus
* Estimate food and labour costs and order food supplies
* Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
* Demonstrate techniques and advise on cooking procedures
* Willingness to grow and develop your career
* Train and supervise staff
* Experienced to the level of the position that you are applying for
* Have a professional attitude, punctuality and reliability
* Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
* Fluent in English
* Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible working arrangements
* Must have experience in Wood Fired Pizza and Italian Restaurant
* Big Venue Experience will be an added advantage
