We currently have a fantastic new opportunity in the FindStaff Recruitment Team for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join us as we embark upon a new phase of change & growth.

About the role
You will join a supportive and collaborative team, playing a key role in the success of our business as we move forward. As a highly skilled ‘all-round’ Recruitment expert, your ability to understand the needs of a business, influence and partner with your clients to provide an outstanding end-to-end recruitment service is second to none.
Your broad range of experience, from entry to management level across a diverse range of sectors will ensure you are flexible and confident in securing new opportunities. You build trust quickly through the quality of your work and the service you provide creating long-lasting productive client relationships.
The role will also involve:
- Identifying opportunities to provide a tailored high quality recruitment service
- Consulting, influencing, negotiating with Hiring Managers
- Working to KPI’s & targets
- Building strong working relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance is maintained to the highest standard
About you
You have strong reputation based on the high quality of work you deliver and the way you treat People – placing honesty and integrity at the centre of what you do. You are self-motivated and a hardworking team player. You also have a strong work ethic, high attention to detail & outstanding communication skills – You are a real ‘Recruitment Superstar’.
Ideally you will also bring:
- Proven Recruitment experience i.e. agency, internal roles
- Ability to understand and engage with a broad range of businesses to secure opportunities
- A strategic thinker who can influence and negotiate securing successful outcomes
- A friendly & engaging personality, with the ability to build long lasting working relationships easily
- Experience working with recruitment systems i.e. FastTrack360 (highly regarded)
- Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritise effectively
- A positive and professional ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as a cohesive national team

These roles are full time permanent positions, based in Melbourne (Northcote) Sydney (Parramatta), SA (Adelaide) reporting to the National Operations Manager.
