Currently we are seeking applications from trade qualified Distribution Lineworkers interested in joining our team in Seven Hills. Working within the Utilities & Infrastructure Division, you will be reporting into the Works Manager covering multiple distribution projects across the city in a business that has a strong pipeline of future work.

To be successful in this role you will be a NSW trade qualified Distribution Lineworker, holding a Certificate III in Distribution (Powerline). Ideally this qualification will be combined with demonstrated experience across the Ausgrid network. Day to day, you will be involved in the installation and maintenance of overhead powerlines carrying electricity to domestic, commercial and industrial users.Service wire replacement and street light replacement tasks included.

Furthermore, to be successful in your application – you will ideally have the following skills and qualifications;

  • Strong understanding and appreciation of Health and Safety practices.
  • Ability to meet individual project productivity & target costs.
  • Hold a current HR / MR licence, High Rise Licence (Over 11m EWP), Construction White / Blue Card.
  • Share our commitment to the highest quality of workmanship.
  • Desirable – Forklift licence, Chainsaw Ticket, Dogging ticket/s.
