How will I help?
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Risk and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the team deliver regulatory and compliance programs. The purpose of your new role will be to support projects to ensure compliance are delivered to the superannuation products. You will partner with subject matter experts to develop risks, controls and changes to mitigate risk and delivery risk for each project.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the end-to-end controls process including identify, analyse, and review potential risk issues and design processes to alleviate potential problems.
  • Lead the review of risk requirements and manage the documentation of risk controls that will facilitate the desired outcome of delivering of solution.
  • Collaborate business partners and wider stakeholders to effectively communicate and coordinate risk management procedures and report on milestones.

What do I need?
A strong candidate will bring 5 years of risk management and/or advisory experience ideally with superannuation knowledge in the Financial Services industry. You will have a excellent analytical skills across regulatory frameworks impacting the banking and financial services industry whereby you can influence processes to deliver a solution. You will enjoy partnering with stakeholders and work both autonomously and within several teams to not only complete objective but also foster a risk first culture. RG 146 qualification would be advantageous.
