The role of the Production Coordinator is to provide a high level of organisational and administrative support to production team. This extremely fast paced position will see you liaising with people of all levels of the organisation as well as external stakeholders to ensure that they are able to consistently deliver a high level production.

Make no mistake, we are after the best! As the successful applicant you will:

  • Have experience working in a similar role working within TV or radio production.
  • Be able to demonstrate an exceptional ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Consistently deliver on short turnaround times whilst still maintaining quality and accuracy of your work.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have knowledge of the Zetta play out system.
  • Have some knowledge of Pro Tools production system
  • Have knowledge on how to do very basic production, but not essential
  • Be able to record voicing sessions and direct talent
  • Be able to follow up, investigate and track down, missing audio
  • Be able to contact clients and book in voicing sessions to suit all stakeholders
  • Have a sound knowledge of excel.
  • Have a very high attention to detail.
  • To use your initiative and find efficient ways to enhance the role.
