Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) currently have an awesome opportunity for a motivated Recreation Vehicle Manufacturing Trainee to join our caravan manufacturer team located in the Sunshine Coast. Our partners are one of the fastest growing Caravan Manufacturers on the Sunshine Coast & at the forefront of the Caravan industry.

They are looking to fill a number of positions, opportunities like this are RARE, so here is your chance to get a qualification over a 2 year duration, within the industry and learn a multitude of skills at the same time.

Role Description:

This is a 2 year commitment with the majority of training on site, but you must commit to Tafe training as well to complete a Certificate III in Recreational Vehicle Manufacturing. You will rotate through a number of different divisions, learning a range of skills.

Duties May Include:

• Fabrication
• installing 12 volt systems
• Solar
• Interpreting drawings
• Fitting components and cabinets,
• Installation of water systems
• Final fit outs of wall cladding, moulds, windows & Doors to a wide range of recreational vehicles.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Hold a current drivers licence and have a reliable vehicle
• Ability to follow instructions
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Ability to work over-time as required
• Must be able to commit to starting at 6.30am & finish at 3.00pm (7.6 hr day)
