Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
Bring your project management skills and your innovative ideas to create and deliver Training Programs for our engaged team, delivering services to our clients. This diverse all-round role contributes towards strengthening organisational capability and a culture of outstanding care and service. This role is responsible for developing and delivering training programs, as well as assessing in the workplace. We are looking to fill 2 part time roles, one based in Tweed Heads and the other in Lismore/ Ballina / Casino.

Criteria:
- Relevant Degree/Certificate in Disability /Human Services/Community Services
- TAE40116 Cert IV in Training and assessment desirable
- Demonstrated experience in working with people with a disability, and an understanding of the related psychosocial, financial, economic, and health barriers that they may face.
- Demonstrated Experience in developing and delivering workshops or training sessions
- Intermediate computer literacy skills including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Current unencumbered Driver’s Licence
- Knowledge and experience of working collaboratively with local community, welfare services and industry partners.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively dealing with conflict resolution.
