We are currently seeking an experienced aged care Residential Manager (Registered Nurse) to oversee the operations of this lovely aged care residence located in Sydney's North Shore region. Reporting up to an experienced Regional Operations Manager, you will enjoy support from external ACFI, Quality, HR & Operations teams whilst leading a skilled Clinical Care Manager on-site as well as a team of experienced aged care Registered Nurses on at all times. This is a terrific opportunity to join a compassionate not-for-profit aged care provider known for developing & progressing their aged care Facility Managers. THE ROLE:
As the Aged Care Residenial Manager, you will lead the multi-disciplinary team to ensure their loyal residents are receiving an exceptional standard of clinical care. Your leadership will also ensure excellent operational performance in line with the new Aged Care Standards & Organisational Objectives.

The Requirements:

• Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered
• At least 2 years of aged care management experience
• Proven operational leadership skills & experience
• Valid Police Clearance
• Valid Driver's License
