This large federal Government department is responsible for supporting our community across many platforms, this team has a focus on delivering accurate and up to date career information and support to both suppliers and users.
About the role
The team is responsible for:
- Recruitment coordination and staff on-boarding
- Goods receipt, Stationary, Work Orders and Budget (FMT) support
- Corporate Reporting
- Coordination and Management of Document Management Systems (TRIM/SharePoint)
- Manage and create Drives, Folders and Team sites
- Logistics, coordination and management of external & internal meetings/appointments and correspondence, including committee, debrief invites, conformance and validation emails.
- Assessment logistics including Tender tenancy, Tender computers, Registry, allocation of Phone & Storage Lockers, catering, tender cards
- Review Committee Logistics including booking meeting room (Boardroom) and Catering
- General admin support
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Federal Government
- excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- professional and confident phone manner
- strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, an ability to manage competing priorities, and a high degree of flexibility to multitask
