We are seeking an experienced Duty / Shift Manager for this busy property, located in the Wheatbelt Region of remote Western Australia.

Immediate Start

Pay Rate:
Full time role $65,000 salary 5 – 5 ½ day week (around 40 hours) Free accommodation and meals in motel room with ensuite
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting in the day to day management of the property
• Working a variety of shifts including opens and closes
• Assisting in reception - doing check-ins, taking reservations, guest enquiries
• Hands on work in the Tavern - serving customers, delivering meals, managing RSA etc
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, stocktake etc
• Cashing up, reconciling
• Supervising staff, training, mentoring
• Work in a small team
• Be willing to work in various departments and various shifts

Candidates must have a current RSA, WA Approved Managers Licence and Police Check

Access via sealed roads from Perth.
