JOB DESCRIPTION

One of our premium government clients based in Brisbane is looking for a Site Coordinator. The contract is for 12 months where you will be given the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the continued innovation and success of this client.

About the role

  • You will be the single point of contact for site representatives, MSPs and other stakeholders relating to site audits and any other site related activities where services/equipment are required on site.
  • Produce Site audit documentation derived from Requirements gathering workshops
  • Manage the timely delivery of equipment and/or services to ASA sites in alignment with the Transition planned dates

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify stakeholders and their importance and influence on the success of the Site Audits and delivery of equipment/services to all sites in accordance to the Transition Plan;
  • Produce a client Stakeholder list identifying all on-site Representatives.
  • Produce Site Audit documentation with endorsement from the necessary key stakeholder groups.
  • Track and report field metrics for progress of site audits and delivery of equipment/services delivered to all sites via regular status/progress reports.
  • Ensure all site audits are completed and have captured the necessary data required for transition planning as endorsed by key Stakeholders.
  • Compile a Schedule and manage the timely delivery of site audits, equipment and/or services to sites in alignment with the Transition planned dates.
  • Maintain a strong stakeholder focus by coordinating Program and Project communication and attending meetings were required

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in a Project Coordination.
  • Experience in working in Complex Transition Programs
  • Experience working with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience within a Project Management Office on a large Enterprise Program of Work preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and to escalate risks & issues appropriately.
  • Certification in Project Management (i.e. PRINCE2, PMBOK, P3M) is advantageous
