Senior Manager Growth & Capability

How will I help?

The Senior Manager, Growth and Capability is critical in helping our Business Direct team deliver on its Growth strategy as well as having overall responsibility for learning and capability pathways. Supporting a range of Growth initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in designing, governing, and operationalising a Sales and Lending pathway in a multi-brand, multi-channel environment. You will be responsible for sales governance, implementing lead/referral processes, as well as overseeing the learning and development pathway within the broader Business Direct and Business Services team.

What do I need?

  • Previous experience in an operational role or preferably in a multi-channel / contact centre environment
  • Demonstratable experience leading sales growth, ideally in a multi-channel environment.
  • Solid understanding of capability development strategies, learning pathways and their associated methodologies
  • Highly developed and professional interpersonal skills, including strong relationship development and management skills
  • Experience with driving change and transformation in complex environments
  • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint desirable
