The Role

Join our unique Toll Global Forwarding (TGF) division as a Client Services Coordinator in our Mascot offices. You will act as the daily interface between TGF and the customer in delivering a seamless and professional service that meets and exceeds the customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service major accounts and order follow up for customers and sales requests
  • Shipment tracking and reporting/ status reports
  • Provide quotations and respond to customer enquiries in a timely professional manner
  • Attending to escalations and proving freight solutions to your clients
  • Resolve queries and advise customers of possible problems/ delays
  • Co-ordinate customer shipments with origin office, whilst continuing to monitor shipments until destination delivery
  • Ensure adherence to customer agreed service levels and value add services
  • Contribute to customer retention by addressing and resolving service issues
  • Develop and manage ongoing client relationships

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an international Freight Forwarding
  • Cargo wise experience, highly advantageous
  • Teamwork and service mentality
  • Highly driven and proactive attitude
  • Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Ability to see the "Big Picture" and quickly reach an understanding of customer's business and their requirements
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to change
