Redpath Partners are currently supporting a well-renowned and diverse NSW Builder with the recruitment of a Site Manager on a education out west.

Redpath Partners are currently supporting a well-renowned and diverse NSW Builder with the recruitment of a Site Manager on a education project out west.

This project with be a 6 month contract initially and the hourly rate is between $55 - $60 p/h.

As the Site Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • All aspects of the project from planning and costing through to scheduling and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Managing and Scheduling a large site team OH&S
  • Handling the day to day operations on site including site meetings
  • The liaison between client and sub-contractor
  • Conducting site audits and inspecting work to ensure it conforms to all necessary requirements and legislation

Candidate specification:

  • The candidate will have the commercial acumen to understand costs
  • Will be from a trade background
  • Be a natural leader
  • Be savvy with systems and able to read technical drawings
  • Have a relevant diploma or tertiary education
