Newcastle icon is looking for a gun Sous Chef! Learn from the very best in the business producing a casual fine dining menu.
The Venue:
Is a Newcastle institution and known to produce one of the best dining experiences in the city with a relaxed, casual dining vibe. You will work under a hatted, Michelin Star chef producing a stellar menu - no schnitzels here!
You will have:
- Relevant formal qualifications
- Experience producing high quality food at high volume
- Leadership and the ability to train and develop
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Able to take direction and follow leadership
- A good understanding of kitchen operations and systems
- Great focus and well organised
- The ability to implement and adhere to policy and procedures
- Professional approach to the positions
- Above average service standards
- Above all, a passion for the industry and personal development
