Senior Change Manager

12 months Fixed Term contract

How will I help?

In this fast paced and exciting role, you will be focused on supporting the changes required with the implementation of Westpac’s biggest transformation Project – Customer Service Hub. As a CSH Senior Change Manager you will exhibit passionate frontline/operations acumen and a desire to do things differently. You will have passion and creativity to shape a change approach which is truly memorable to ensure the change transition embeds. The aim is to create beautiful user experiences through every change and communication channels and touch points.

What do I need?

To succeed in this role, you will bring strong change experience along with a strategic mindset. You will also have demonstrable experience in managing highly complex change initiatives with a proven ability to successfully transition people and the business from a 'program' mode to BAU. You will need to have strong communication skills, strong stakeholder management skills and have worked in an agile project development environment. Additionally, you will also need to have strong data analytics skills and the ability to identify change risks as well as working with training and communications to ensure all materials are up to date. Postgraduate qualifications in Change Management, PROSCI or a Degree in related field such as Business, Psychology or HR is highly desirable.
