Senior Marketing Manager - Campaign & Customer Growth
How will I help?
You will be responsible for executing the Auto Finance acquisition, growth, and campaign strategy. You will identify and deliver improved customer experiences through customer journey mapping, complaints and competitor insights analysis
You will collaborate with key stakeholders in Auto Finance on defining, executing, and delivering key initiatives to drive sustainable growth, customer acquisition and marketing propositions
You will partner with product and pricing to deliver acquisition initiatives and improve customer journey with particular focus on improving origination and conversion experiences within the Auto Finance product suites. You will report and track initiatives on customer metrics and create marketing briefs to achieve growth goals.

What do I need?
Previous experience in a customer acquisition/ growth /marketing role within the banking/financial services sector highly preferred. You will have strong expertise in customer acquisition and growth strategy development. You will be customer focused and have solid commercial acumen. Knowledge and experience working within a risk management framework and regulatory environment highly desired.
You will be proactive in nature to lead and drive business outcomes. You will have exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills and influencing ability. Tertiary education qualifications highly regarded
