Unite Resourcing are seeking an recruitment consultant to join the team in our South Perth office. Since our inception, Unite Resourcing has proven ourselves as a quality provider of recruitment and labour hire services to clients in Western Australia and inter-state. We work across a number of industries and provide our clients with a reliable service that is tailored to their needs.
We are now looking to add a recruitment consultant to the team who can help bring the business to the next level. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in winning business and securing contracts with clients from various backgrounds. Recruitment or BD Professionals from any industry are welcome to apply, all that is needed is a solid history of success and a hunter mentality that will be rewarded in a friendly and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Blue Collar experience (Civil, Mining, Trades)
• A genuine desire to provide effective recruitment and labour solutions
• The ability to win and retain clients
• Ambition to earn high commissions and be successful
• Be able to hit the ground running and work on a lot of live roles
