About the role
Calvary Hospitals are seeking enthusiastic Supply Officers to join the team.
The Supply Officer is responsible for the receipt and despatch of goods ordered by the Hospital, ensuring goods are received in a timely manner. The Supply Officer is also responsible for managing designated ward and department imprests.
What you bring
- Computer literacy
- Good numeracy skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure - worked in a store environment
- Demonstrated understanding of the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated knowledge in the use of barcode scanning devices
- Demonstrated understanding of Work Health Safety and Welfare Act with regards to supply
- Demonstrated knowledge of computerised inventory control software preferred
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
