We will look for you to draft and negotiate contracts with customers, agents, and other third parties for the provision of services under the supervision of regional lawyers. You will review and approve regional marketing materials for our various business units, conduct legal research and monitor legal changes relating to laws in the region. You will provide general paraprofessional and administrative legal support to the Regional Head of Legal in the Asia Pacific & Middle East and other members of the legal team. You will be tasked with conducting advanced legal research drafting legal documents and coordinating contract execution and document management. You are likely to work directly with clients and vendors in this role and assist in the development of guidelines, policies, or procedures.

For this role, we need you to be degree or diploma educated in law or a similar type of subject with at least 5 years of substantive paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Experience working in a fast-paced legal department of a regulated industry preferred. You must demonstrate that you can communicate to managers at all levels and offer a consultative approach. The role will handle confidential and sensitive information, therefore someone who can act with discretion is needed.
