About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Culture & Capability coordinator who is an expert with Learning Management Systems, coordinating training events and webinars, and supporting with learning content design. This is an incredible full-time opportunity for someone who is looking to further develop their career in Culture and Capability and wanting to start out their career as a facilitator.

You’ll be working in a fun and hard-working team reporting to the Senior Manager of Culture & Capability. The role consists of being responsible for delivering and coordinating a portfolio of initiatives that enable CPA Australia to develop, retain and engage talent to deliver high performance results. Two of the main tasks in this role will be to coordinate our internal webinar series on a monthly basis along with organising our onboarding program for all new starters. You’ll also be required to be our go-to person for all SuccessFactors LMS enquires.

Duties Include:

  • Provide support to Capability & Culture Specialists for the design and delivery of organisational development initiatives
  • Project manage and coordinate the Culture & Capability program of work
  • Co-ordination, delivery & facilitation of office onboarding and Induction events
  • Co-ordination, and communication for leadership, learning and Diversity & Inclusion events and forums (including event management tasks such as venues, meeting rooms, catering and vendor management)
  • Ownership of CPA’s Learning Management System (LMS), survey tools and Culture & Capability intranet pages, data management and reporting
  • Vendor and financial management of Culture & Capability initiatives

About You

To be set up for success in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • HR and/or Organisational Development experience in one or more of Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture Change, Employee Engagement, Talent Management. iAwareness of Development practices and contemporary delivery mechanisms
  • Degree in related disciplines advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to design and produce high quality management reports and presentations, plus the ability to draw insight from data
  • Stakeholder and vendor management experience
  • Experience using SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) or similar
