JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimised for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

* A minimum of 2 years experience in UI Design with UX knowledge.
* Strong wireframing and prototyping skills, and in-depth skill using Figma.
* Working knowledge of the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables: Sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypes.
* Strong, layout and visual design skills.
* Familiarity with multiple Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum, DSDM and Kanban.
* Nice to have a working knowledge of the following technologies, frameworks and software: Jira, HTML, CSS (SCSS), and Material Design
* Exposure to working with self-organising teams
* Excellent facilitation skills
* Ability to work across multiple projects and products simultaneously
* Excellent communication and documentation skills

This is a fixed term position until 30 June 2021.
