Our client is looking for an outstanding Customer Service Manager to join their booming operations on a Permanent Basis. They are looking for an outstanding personality who can manage a small team internally and can effectively liaise with external stakeholders, providing them with outstanding customer support and service, daily. This position will be in their Eastern Melbourne Headquarters.

Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of CS Officers to respond to all customer queries via phone, e-mail and live chat.
- Managing and motivating the team to achieving daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Internal Liaising with Senior managers around reporting, feedback and improvement areas.
- Assist in employee training, development of internal processes and recruitment.
- Dealing with customer escalations and dispute resolution professional.
- Completing feedback calls on service and future recommendations.
Profile
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Manager, who is looking to take on an energizing new challenge to provide the end to end customer service and lead a small team to organisational success. They are looking for a candidate who brings high energy and good people skills/communication to an organisation. You will also need to demonstrate open-mindedness and flexibility in the role. Prior experience in a phone-based Customer Service Management Position in the Tech Industry would be highly regarded; as well as someone with great initiative and problem-solving skills.
