About the Role
Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and working closely with hiring managers and the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across all parts of the business, at all levels. In collaboration with the HRBP you will bring to life our strategic recruitment plan by developing and implementing attraction strategies and initiatives to obtain top talent.

Successful candidate requirements:

  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships and deliver outstanding service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • High volume recruitment experience and a strong understanding of talent attraction. - accounting and financial industry experience preferred but not essential
  • Positive team player who can effectively manage conflicting priorities whilst maintaining a high level of consultation and communication.
  • Attract and build talent pools through the utilisation of various recruitment platforms.
