Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain – Online, Take the lead on delivering and developing a best in class Online post-purchase experience across Order Fulfilment, Returns and Customer Operations. This role we primarily be responsible for managing 3PL performance across Myer.

About the role:

  • Management of 3PL site performance covering Inbound, Outbound, Stock Management and Ad-hoc activities in line with the agreed operational service levels and financial budgets.
  • Key liaison point between 3PL and Myer stakeholder groups around business priorities and actions to deliver.
  • Collaborate with the 3PL Team around new initiatives that deliver operational efficiency and effectiveness for the benefit of our Customers, Myer and 3PL.
  • An ability to engage with Business and IT functions, as appropriate, to deliver on any initiatives between 3PL and Myer that require System / Process / People Development.

About you:

  • A experience at a senior level in a high turnover retail or online environment is essential
  • Tertiary education in relevant field is also highly desirable
  • Strong communication and administrative skill
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft applications e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Use sound judgment, logic and relevant comparisons to evaluate information and identify solutions
  • Develops collaborative relationships across the business to deliver on the online fulfilment agenda.
  • Use business acumen and industry knowledge to anticipate and respond to changes in trade performance.
  • Ability to identify and form strong relationships with key internal & external stakeholders in the business
  • Strong understanding of Myer’s strategic objectives and the role Omni-channel plays a critical part in our growth.
  • A natural collaborator with the ability to engage with a multitude of different stakeholders
  • Strong analytical reporting and problem solving skills
